In the part where she grabs the sythe-arm babies off of her chest, how do you make the fight move on to the next stage?

You have to hit her hand. After she lets go of the platform, run to the left and wait for the ledge to get low enough for you to grab on. Hit the switch to turn the snake heads. Hit her hand again, but this time go to the right. When you pull the switch up there, you should be done with this part of the fight.
