The Fable games are rated M (or at least Fable I and II is, I haven't played Fable III), mostly due to violence and sexual themes. The sex is implied and not explicit, but it's still there.

Fable III has a very weak M rating, maybe the weakest I've every played. Yes, there is sexual content, but it's not required. It's fairly PG13 by today's entertainment standards (in my opinion).
