Is there a updated version of TDU2 with the bugs ironed out ie roads not counting in Hawii or weather changes?

The version I have is always sunny(so you cant complete the photos) and the roads that you drive on in Hawaii don't always count(most annoying)

No but installing the game on the HD will fix those problems.
