How do I fix the PointLight2D problem with Penumbra

I Downloaded Penumbra: Black Plague, and installed it. Everytime I go to start it up, a little window pops up saying, "Couldn't load PointLight2D." I Have Windows 7 too, if that had to do with anything.

Its a resorces error. I would suggest trying to run the game from the file location as an admin and maybe in compat mode.
