Well it's not Nudity, but it's Partial Nudity. You don't see any breasts or anything like that; it's just skanky outfits and such.
So, if you're in the market for pervy goodness, you'll get something here, but nothing flashy. The closest the game gets to that is when 1 of the achievements involves looking up Juliet's skirt.
