Dude bro - you know he would rock out on the bass on Rock Band. But since you asked about GH specifically, he might rail anything on Expert. And if he missed a note, you know he would drop kick the TV.

Chuck Norris wouldn't play any. He would destroy them on Expert with ease with his third fist that is hidden under his beard.

and he wouldn't play Metallica or AC/DC...it would be Guitar Hero:Chuck Norris.

He would probably go with the first Guitar Hero game, since the hammer-on's and pull-off's in that game are really hard to master. And he would have FC'd the game on Expert in less than an hour.
