try entering it in the main menu. or try using it in the game itself (when the game is paused and unpaused). Hold R1 and press X, L1, Triangle, L1, Square, R2. when you get it right you should hear a chime

your probably not entering it correctly..see if you can find multiple sources saying what the code is to make sure its right. check if caps make a difference. try to find a video that shows someone entering the code and it working afterwards (if nothing else works)
