Good job posting here about it. I'm sure most issues would be resolved this way instead of contacting the company. Posting on a game q&a forum solves shipping and account issues more than actually contacting their support department.
well if you havent gotten it maybe the gamefly base is busy or you need to contact or go to account settings and click on the report shipment or purchase button the icon should be a yellow traingle with a black exclamation point then if that does not work contact them by phone and email or maybe your to far away. :)
