Yes. I did the same thing and GameFly sent me everything that came with the box to include the Catwoman DLC.

Yes you will but I might hold off on getting it because on May 29th I believe there is suppose to be a Game of The Year addition with all the DLC included for about $50. Here check it out for yourself. http://www.amazon.com/Batman-Arkham-City-Edition-Playstation-3/dp/B007SRM5U6
