There is no special way to beat her, so just hack away my friend

Use your hook shot to pull yourself to her do an ai attack then be prepared to dash. She will teleport over you for a few turns then you can hookshot again the shell eventually grab the ceiling and the lowing hookshot thing appear grab one then hook her and that is it.
