Good luck, because pretty much all the M rated Call of Duty games have blood and gore, intense violence, and strong langauge.

World at War has the least language and blood. Also make sure you look at cheats for this one level where you get a futuristic laser ray gun. Also it has great multiplayer. Also Medal of Honor is great if you want good storyline without much blood.
