Is it just me, or does Biz Markie look strikingly similar to Shrek?

When the first Shrek film came out a long time ago, I thought, "Whoa, Biz Markie is in a cartoon now?!"

I just saw another Tune-Up commercial, and remembered that day.
Don't you think they resemble each other....?
