Jak and Daxter Collection wont work in my ps3

i just got the game and today when i first put it in, it sounded like it wanted to work but then stopped spinning and the option for me to even play the game never even popped up on the home screen. please help

Ok, so you though "hey my game dosent work. I know instead of hitting Support, I'll post about it in a forum for game Q&A. " come on man. You find how to post a question certainly you could of looked underestimate support.
