I am super pumped to play Diablo III. I have gone back and played the first two while I was waiting in anticipation. I'm also looking forward to God of War: Ascension and Dragon's Crown.

prototype 2. loved the first one simply cuz twas limitless and simple to follow wen ur not entirely there. giggidy. still havnt played 2 but is totally in the mail and im excited

Well, I'm not sure how many would validate this as a game in your question, here, but I'm most excited about Minecraft coming to 360. However, in lieu of sticking to your topic (because I understand what you games you are talking about), I'm going to have to say Far Cry 3.
