Why does it say that i still have a game that i sent back a week ago?

A week ago i sent back Twisted Metal and Wipeout 2 at the same time however it says that they have received wipeout but not twisted metal and they only sent me one game this time.

Sometimes games get lost in the mail. Perhaps that is why the game you sent back has not been reported. If it has been at least 7 business days since you sent the game back, you need to report a shipping problem.
