I want to buy Mass Effect 2 at the "Keep It" price but I want to know if it will include the Cerberus DLC code insert. The DLC costs $15 to buy separately and I don't want to pay that much for it.

gpete13 is wrong. The Cerberus DLC is included in all new copies of the game and is NOT required to buy unless you rent the game or bought it used from a game store.
Since GameFly does not give out the in-box "one-time-use" game codes for rentals, the answer would be yes, you do get the code if you decide to buy the game from GameFly.

You would have to be carefull too because in the very fine print is the expiration date of the code so there is a chance to code you get will be invalid and you would have to buy a new one anyways.you are better off getting a new copy at gamestop for under 20 bucks.

Um no. Unless it was on the booklet. I would be surprised since they usually have any free stuff on a separate insert.
