i upgraded the gun to M-99 Saber IV, and i dont have this problem with any other gun, and my controller is not low on battery

That's a pretty strange anomaly, I haven't heard anything like that before. I tried to do some bing searches to see if anyone else has had problems with that happening, but didn't come up with anything relevant or useful.
