How do I unlock the AS-KRI in Army of Two for Xbox 360? I have every weapon but that one.
I beat every level and got everything but that weapon!!!

From my extremely light research (by light meaning "searched on Google" for a fast answer...you should try it sometime), it looks there's 2 things:
1) You need a save file from the first game.
2) Unfortunately there's a glitch (bug) preventing you from actually using it which is supposedly getting fixed.
So looks like you're going to have to wait
Next time, try Google. It's a hell of a lot faster than asking it here and waiting for an answer.
