It should tell you, but I'm not really understanding the question...are you looking for the "spit" ability or do you have the body part and unable to "shoot" your spit...

I dont know how to do it in spore heros, but in real life you get some mucus and saliva in your mouth and you just blow that stuff out.

if you took your heroes mouth off you might not be able to. i think it is mapped to the d-pad tho...just press different d-pad buttons (maybe down) and it should work
