Spoilers: How can i prevent Tali from doing suicide?

Right now i'm on my 2nd run through and on my first run Tali died which made me mad. Now on my second run i'm trying to prevent her from jumping off the cliff. I just need to know how i can prevent her from dying and i know that there is a way. Can you guys help me?

You have to side with the quarians or make the geth and quarians allies.
