Select Rental Problem, then look for the one that would say damaged disk. They should send you a confirmation email, once they reviewed they should send a game available on your Top 5 GameQ, or send you a new copy. Next time if you have any questions regarding to your Gamefly Account or lost or damages game, then contact Gamefly on the top right corner. You can only contact Gamefly Customer Service through email, no number. Hope this helped!
