Yes, look up the game you wanted to trade and see if there's a Trade In button under the Add to Q button. It'll show a dollar amount that gets credited to you if they're accepting trade-ins. If there's no button, they don't want the game.

no, they are no longer trading games in. Any way the credit you got back, went towards your membership, you could not purchase games with it.
