It's probably low availability of the games in your queue. You should probably add a few more games to the queue with higher availability to ensure you'll at least get something shipped.

well that could be cause by a few reason
1. you have not paid your dues.
2. the games got lost in the mail and they never got it. if that happend go fill out a fourm out and they will fix it asap
