How do i upload my replays to NETWORK REPLAYS?

I dont get it why i cant do it? Other people can ....

You need to buy replay tickets from the shop (in the online menu)... With Ryo, not real currency. A pack of 99 only costs around 7000 ryo. Yeah, it's kind of stupid how you have to have tickets to upload replays... But hey be grateful it doesn't cost real money lol
