how do you throw the grenades
i know that you hold b button to lock target but it dosent seem to want to throw the grenade

No silly, you pull the circular wire called a "pin", then you throw it where you want it to go because in 3 seconds it will go BOOM and you don't want your hand to be there.
Not the answer you're looking for? Well how about telling us a game name? Games have different ways of throwing a grenade, so good job on being vague.
