Rent, I Have This Game And Not Work Buy Is Better The Original Area 51, The Graphics Are Not Good, The Visual Environment Are Poor.

Well... I have never even heard of it... and IGN says this (http://xbox360.ign.com/objects/849/849458.html)
So based on the above, I would say pass it up, rental at best.
