Where can I buy the arcade machine for Tatsunoko vs Capcom?

Is there a special shop that sells video game machines? I might have to look into getting this if it's possible. Do they even have a machine for this version?

I've heard they are super hard to get and I only know of a few places in the US to actually have them to play. This guy posted the locations of confirmed machines to play http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=206445
