Kinda of like Xbox 360 with banjo and kazooie, we could havemario for the wii for instance, because nintendo included sonic in SSBB

Not many companies invest in exclusives, I can't exactly tell you why because it's more the developers business than it is mine. However, it's not the first time only 1 platform gets an exclusove character. Street Fighter x Tekken will have 4 exclusive characters..... and none of them will be on XBox 360.
