PS Vita comes out next week and no place will allow you to rent hand helds, I think.
You can try "Blockbuster" or if your town has a "Movie Trading Company"... Those places also allow you to rent consoles. You can also rent one, with a more expensive renting fee at a Rent-to-Own store--that is--if your town has a Rent-to-Own store there.
