i know retaial release will have the demo what i wanna know is if renting it would reward me with the demo as well, meaning is it a code that comes with the game or is it an extra menu option all the way at the bottom from the new game select?

Its only part of games that are retail not rentals plus your going to be able to play the demo july 3 like everyone else the code is for early access only.
