Another unreadable disc, I want a refund

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 doesn't allow me to play online or campaign, and Ncaa Football was the same way. I want a refund.

First of all, they don't give refunds no matter what. And second, report a shipping problem from the my account page and they will send a new disc...
