In Rune Factory 2, how do you get the strong vine?

I'm in second generation and can't get the last tablet in Blessia Island on till the feilds. Won't give it up. I have tilled and then planted and still don't get the last tablet. Why?

you have to acquire a music book called "Inquisitive Waltz", which can be found in the library only after you get "Striking March" (another music book) from the Inn, first floor, top right hand corner, which triggers a scene with Orland.

With Inquisitive Waltz, go to Blessia Island - Southwest Beach, and at the left hand side after killing all the monsters, use Inquisitive Waltz. (bear in mind, you need RP) You'll get "Strong Vine" eventually.
