yes it does. it has a nazi zombie mode with map expansions. i recomend the cod black ops though because it has a better zombie mode

All Treyarch made COD games have a nazi zombies mode. All Infinity Ward COD games (Modern Warfare) have a survival mode similar to zombies but with humans. Short answer: Yes.
