I know they say "The only stupid question is the one never asked," but I'd have to disagree.

Whoever said that obviously never visited the GameFly Answers page. It got me thinking that maybe they should have a "Dunce" category for people to post their account-related questions, and also any of which lack the proper details and/or grammar.

Instead of being in "Off Topic," "GameFly," or "Polls & Opinion" there should be the Dunce category for all of these dimwitted questions to finally have a real home.

I'm not sure if many have noticed, but 2-3 times a day I take the time to edit all the customer service questions. I edit each one and change them to the category GameFly. That moves the questions off the home page. Any mod can confirm editing can questions can be a huge pain. (Thanks GameFly for the snazzy ancient, non-working admin interface.)

I also have been either editing or simply deleting those questions that are incomplete or simply can't be answered due to asker error.

I have an entirely different outlook and opinion on questions and askers....

There are no stupid questions, only stupid people. :]

Yes! I second that! Forget "off topic" "Gamefly" and everything else! Just let the account related questions go to a "Dunce" section. Along with the bad grammar.

I agree with you on that. So in this way all the bad grammar and useless questions can go to the "Dunce" section, hopefully DG's efforts will be worth it.

I used to juat think everyone who asked customer service questions and non-detailed questions were just stupid. However, I started thinking and I now understand why those questions always pop-up.
Customer service questions are here, and unfortunately will never go away. When you have a section on GameFly called "Answers" of course someone will confuse it for the "Support" section. Plus, seeing all the questions about GameFly only makes it resemble the "Support" section more and more. On top of that, there's a section on the site caled "GameFly," which makes me believe that GameFly decided to have us answer their questions for them.
I thought there was no excuse why you shouldn't include the title of the game, but I figured out the excuse. Some people go to the game and then ask the question expecting to have it automatically appear. That's why we get those.
Bad grammar, however, is a different story. Honestly, why don't people take the time to spell and proofread? That goes to the "Dunce" section!

yeah! besides those people should have read the stuff given to them right in their faces! it was right in front of them! the answer!!!! but they ignore it...... and that is why the are questions like "When will my game come?"
