*SPOILERS*
I know the game kinda already ended with GLaDOS releasing Chell from the labs,but do you think there will be a prologue or just another story but in the Portal universe?

Valve isn't a company you can predict. To some degree every publisher is always out to get more money but with the money they make off STEAM they can afford to be more laid back about how they approach game development.
But when you consider the fact Gabe Newell the head of Valve's game development makes games by design first and monitization a distant second, the only real answer to this is if he thinks a third portal game is will deliver on the design front yes you will see a new title, if not they can always make more portal 2 DLC and still keep portal in front of consumers.
BTW the way Gabe Newell thinks isn't my opinion he has come out and said this himself.

Nothing's set in stone at this time. However, due to the game's massive success, GotY nomination, and because it's an awesome in general, there's a possibility that they'll make a sequel to Portal 2.

Valve unfortunately never makes a sequel to a sequel. They would call it Portal: Episode 1 if they ever make one. They don't do sequels to a sequel for some reason.

Portal 2 was one of the best gaming experiences I have ever had. Just in terms of sheer fun. I would be very very sad if they stopped there.
