I am wondering if this game is available in English in game?
I heard of this game before and I heard that it was in German or something like that. Is it also in English?

It should be. You probably either heard a trialer from another country, or the game's voice acting is told in German. If it is the second one, then don't fret. Like Tekken, they'd have subtitles for you to follow along.
