I'm a temple knight, and it's pretty great because you start with some really good armor, a healing miracle, and a nice halberd. The halberd is nice because you can use it one handed for an attack that's slow but powerful, or use it two handed when you're in tight corridors or need to take down an enemy quickly, like the guards in 4-1.
