How do you beat Miralda in Black Phantom form, in Demon's Souls?

I'm having trouble killing Miralda in black phantom form and I was wondering if there's any trick to doing it as a Knight?

Run around with her in circles and block. She will go 2 handed on her axe. When she swings it, sidestep and hit her from behind, that is what I did.
