No, man. This game is going to be littered with gentlemen that drink tea with their pinkies out. They don't confront you, of course not (because that would indicate some sort of...insanity), they spout out insults and weird British humor jokes.

No, the people are going to give you money at the start of the game and the enemies will become your partners for no apparent reason.

I don't exactly get your question. Do you mean are people going to act crazy when playing the game. If so then of course. It wouldn't be a great game if your opponents handed you their guns, became your lovers, and frolic with you while the classic works of Edward and Sullivan play in the background.
