GameFly only carries games. They don't carry controllers, accessories, consoles, online passes or anything else of the sort. And the game in general doesn't come with controllers either. So, the answer is no.

    1. I thought I already answered this. But no GameFly does not hip controllers or even sell them. You would have to pay extra fees and they would say that when you start your membership I believe.
