I can't really tell you. I really do hate 3D. I watched 1 3D movie and that just for some reason made me despise 3D to the max.

I find that 3D is only good in the movie theater. I tried Batman Arkham Asylum in 3D. It was okay but I couldn't stand 5 minutes of the 3D. It wasn't that spectacuar anyway. So I'm guessing that Tron will have decent 3D if you enjoy watching 3D movies at home.

I can't see 3D so I couldn't tell you directly.

But what I can tell you is that people who can see 3D a little bit different from each other. Much like how people see colors. So its really hard to say if 3D is ever amazing because it will always be to some yes, to some no and some will be in the middle.

some people think minor 3D enhancements is good, some think 3D is overbearing and others can't get enough, 3D is one of those technologies that value is way to subjective to quantify, you really just have to see it yourself to judge.
