Is the combat in Elder Scroll:Skyrim any good because I heard there a mix of Fallout3 and Bioshock?

Combat is going to depend if you focus on melee (one handed weapons or two handed) or magic, or a mix of both. Both are pretty good, with melee you get a variety of weak attacks and strong attacks and there's also blocking. You get sneak attacks if they don't see you, and finishing moves if the enemy is low on health.
Magic is just shooting certain destruction spells at people, like fireballs or lightning.
If you can't tell from my answer, I like melee better. :)

Define any good. Is it as complex and in depth as dark souls, nope not one bit.
Everyone thinks the combat is simply how you hit the enemy, but its also how you approach the enemy and what perks you have at the time along with gear.
The combat is servicable, but its not high quality enough to keep you interested for 300hrs that the game can take to complete. Eventually you will become so strong you won't need to take advantage of most perks unless you simply stop lvling additional skills to keep your lvl and perks lower.
Its definitely worth playing but if you are going in simply for the combat you probably won't be super satisfied.
