ive had medal of honor airborne in my q for quite some time and its always said it has low availability. what does this mean and am i ever going to be able to get it.

Games that are from the previous generation tend to be of lower availability due to lack of stock and limited amount of copies in production. It's possible they have at least one copy and someone else rented it, or it could never come around. There's no telling if there will be availability any time soon. The thing to keep in mind about a service like gamefly is older games aren't in huge stock, gamefly doesn't want to be stuck with 300 copies of a game when only 10 people want to rent it. So every year they do sales to clear out their inventory and during the year they do discounts and dollars off to long time members to incentivize buying the games.
So for older games don't expect to see many copies available it just isn't good business. If you really want it that badly you could probably find it used or even new super cheap if you know where to look.
