VGA Question #6: Traier of the Year

Welcome to another VGA Question! Today's category is Gametrailer.com Trailer of the Year. There are specific trailers which they are referring to, but I just said "screw it" and watched the debut trailers for all 10 games. If you want to be specific, check the site below. Here are the nominees:

Really there is a clear choice on this one. We have to remember what exactly a trailer is made for. Its made to get you excited and talking about a game.

No one even knew or cared who tech land was until that trailer launched for dead island. DI went from a game that no one cared about in the slightest to the game everyone was watching and anticipating based on that one trailer. Sure the other trailers were good and made people excited, but when you make people excited about a game who are already excited its not much in the way of surprise. But when you make people who would normally steer clear of your game take notice you have done something few trailers every have.

            1. I go with Prey 2. I really liked the Johnny Cash cover. Hitman almost took it and Skyrim was pretty good too.
