Go to Dragon Adventure, and travel to the middle of the map. There is a white dot there.

get all seven dragon balls and fly to the sender of the earth map or namek map.I'd recomend the namek map because you get 3 wises

Get all the dragon balls then go to dragon adventure then you do the rest I believe there is supposed to be like a white dot.
