Im a level 18, Brick, and most of my skill points are put into Brawler, then I have 1 health upgrade and a few shield upgrades in Tank. Any suggestions on how to beat him?

I just stood at the right door and shot at him with my shotgun, and when i needed to reload the door shut, and i went forward and opened it again. Rinse and repeat

my first suggestion would be to get to lvl 20 first, thats where i was when i beat him w/ lilith, same w/ roland. i took out the other small guys that shoot you first, then went all-out on sledge when i got him by himself

He is quite easy, and i was level 15 and took no damage on him. I had just gotten a pistol/revolver that had 140 damage, so i just walked backwards in circles and got critical hits every time because his head is so huge. (sniper works great also, just do the same thing, and blindfire dont aim.)
