Every time you start a new game, you'll be given the option to keep the treasures from previous playthroughs. If there's a specific chapter you need to visit, you can use the chapter-select menu (provided it's a chapter you've already finished.)

The only way is to start a new game, though check and see if there's a chapter select menu or something like that that'll put you closer to the one you missed.
