The last guardian is not on my radar after taking so long and showing nothing.
Mass Effect 2 went the wrong direction and in many ways was boring and uninspired. The story was great but everything else was weak. So I am not anticipating ME3 much.
Halo 4 is probably going to be more halo based on Ryan Payton leaving 343 because they didn't want to rethink the franchise. So not to high on my list there.
Diablo III will only interest me if it comes to consoles. I hate keyboard and mouse for that type of game, it just feels so unimmersive and more so like your watching the action instead of participating.
So I will have to give it to bioshock infinite. Mostly due to the way it is trying to do story and character interaction in gaming. Its a step above uncharted if they pull it off and if the gameplay holds up better than the first bioshock game then its a shoe in to be a great title for 2012.

maseffect 3 by far. it has been a amazing series, pluse i love bioware, and the things i have read about masseffect 3 sound incredible. all the choices made in the first two games, they all matter here. the combat is evolved, story wil no doubt be epic! but thats just my pick i also like bioshock:Infinite and diablo 3 but mass effect is my pick.

I didn't even finish Bioshock 1 and 2 so I can't really say anything about it. Last Halo I played was ODST which pushed me away from that franchise.
I loved Ico and SotC so the last guardian is pretty much a must buy for me.
Mass effect I will get but im not very happy about what im hearing about all this casual gameplay crap.
