I had to buy the cheats at the playstation store for $2.99 and they're wasn't even that many!! Is there any other way to access them without a fee and if there is, is there MORE cheats???

Yes, you can type them in they are on the extra app on your phone, but once enabled autosave shutsoff and trophies are disabled. Some are like:
All weapons- cheese
One shot kill-goldengun
*No cops following you-goodygoody
(For me sometimes when you typen the cop cheat the cops will come back right after entering.)
