Assassin's Creed 2 - How interested are you in playing this?

I completed the first one, and while I felt that it contained some solid gameplay mechanics, the level of repetition made the game feel a bit too chore-like outside of the main story missions.

I enjoyed the original and think the series has some great potential, but will it be realized in the sequel?

well just from looking at the short in game clips that ive seen, id say yes. They added a lot of new moves and the enemies are not as dumb as they were in the previous one. The in-game missions also seem more varied
